VOTE LEAVE GUILTY

So, it's now confirmed that Vote Leave has been fined £61,000 for breaking electoral law and have been referred to the police for possible criminal charges (HERE). We are surely becoming a bigger laughing stock with every passing day. That the leave campaign lied is not in doubt, even by leave voters, but we know now that they spent £500,000 more than they were legally allowed to and made false declarations to the Electoral Commission.

This is on an advisory referendum, narrowly won by 1.9%, on what is surely the most far reaching constitutional upheaval for several generations and where neither the government or parliament can reach a consensus on what Brexit is actually going mean for us after two years of thinking about it.

Many overseas commentators, looking in at the time, thought Brexit was a totally irrational decision anyway, but the events of the last two years have shown that it was in fact quite consistent - with a people, the majority of whom are out of their tiny minds.
