A few weeks ago I posted about a lady named Sue Wilson (HERE) who, with others has launched a legal challenge to the decision to proceed with Article 50 when there was credible evidence of corruption and illegality in the campaign, especially the leave campaign. They argue the PM should not have carried on regardless.
"Now The Independent understands the case is likely to move to a
full hearing and a ruling within weeks of opening on 7 December, with
the clock ticking on the UK’s departure from the EU next March".
"One senior Tory told The Independent: “If Arron Banks were to
be charged and found guilty after the police investigation, he could go
to prison. The man who played a big role in securing Brexit could yet
help to destroy it.”
Let us hope that Banks and BoJo share a cell.
And a round of applause for Sue Wilson this evening. He name may yet become very famous.
