I am on the Brexit Central mailing list and get regular emails from them. If you are a remainer I recommend it. There is nothing quite like seeing your opponents have no arguments worth the name. It's a real lift! Usually, you can see straight through the Brexiteer nonsense but occasionally something appears that makes you pause. So it was with an item by Marcus Fysh MP on the Irish border question a few days ago. Mr Fysh made his points with absolute confidence (HERE).
The border problem was, according to him, easily solved and he sets out his ideas. I confess I don't know enough about customs and borders to say whether or not he is right. But Peter North (HERE) who clearly does, has written a blog post to totally demolish the arguments of Mr Fysh.
Apparently, the proposals are "dishonest gibberish". What's new?
